The timing requirements for HEEL and the Efficiency Manitoba Windows and Doors Rebate are different. If you plan to use both programs, make sure you follow the HEEL approval process first.

The Home Energy Retrofit Program (HER) cannot be combined with other Efficiency Manitoba offers for the same upgrades, including windows and doors, insulation, and heat pumps.
You cannot receive both for the same work. If your windows and doors are one part of a deep energy retrofit, consult with a Registered Energy Advisor (EA) about whether which program is the better fit before you commit.
